I have Master of Taxation degree and CPA, but the IRS does not want to hire good people. I am white gentleman and over 50 years old, so by giving IRS office a five star rating here is probably my best chance of being hires. LOL I wish
This place is a joke. Took someone there for assistance they waited forever and the security guard was rude disrespectful treated folks like a hard core criminals.
Who in the hell runs a government business with out posting thier hours of business; Nevertheless not even have a legitimate phone number to reach someone in the office.

He needs some professional training and people skills. Wonder if he is that rude at home. Oh and didn't get any help at all.

I read the comments before I went there this afternoon. The person who post the comment about the security guard is so true. He really has a NASTY ATTITUDE. That's why I gave 4 stars. Now the man that help me today was REALLY NICE and I was in and out less than 5 mins. I wish I could remember his name. If he read this he'll know who I am, because I told him about the comments up here. Thank you again for helping me.
