I made my appointment about two months in advance for the day before graduation. When I arrived to my appointment, apparently the woman I was scheduled with was on maternity leave. No one called to inform me or reschedule. The salon was completely booked for the weekend, so they had me come in at 9am (I’m thinking someone is coming in early before the rest of their appointments). Nope. I ended up being there until well after 1pm before my head was finished. The owner was completely unprofessional and blamed the woman FOR GETTING PREGNANT. She took absolutely no responsibility and got an attitude with me for expressing for my dissatisfaction. Not only was I extremely late for my own graduation celebration and missed time with family who traveled up for the occasion, but the service honestly should have been free for the inconvenience, especially since I drove up from Raleigh. She gave me a “discount” of ten dollars. The beauticians are great, but it’s unfortunate they have such terrible leadership. Stay away.
I would give less than one star if i could. Charges SO much money for low quality service. I showed her a picture of the cut i wanted (a blunt cut on the shoulders) and she gave me a BOWL cut and STILL charged me $70. I cried for a week straight and explained the situation to her, but she never offered me a refund and then didn't reply again (she knew she messed up). ONlY would be worth the hair wash and straighten IF she didn't charge so much. Honestly, DON'T go here unless you want a bad hair cut and pay a lot for it.
Very unprofessional and not licensed! Crystal Baldwin did my sew in and when it was time to take it out. It took 3 hours because of the way she sewed it in. Save your money and time.
Beautiful place to get your hair done
She was knowledgeable but I am not happy with my hair. She cut it instead of trimming it and gave me a bang I did not ask for also charged me $20 for the "trim". I will not be back
