Takes great care in servicing my bike in timely manner. Price is a bit higher than I would like, however they can solve almost all the problems on same day.

It's rare I'd actually write I review over the internet but I vehemently oppose everything Mr. Christopher said. Far from being used car salesmen, everyone in the store greeted me and I was given expert service on pedals right away. After a prolonged conversation on the finer points of the SPD SL pedal and SPD Pedal we then discussed shoes. Who knew the bottoms of the shows would make such a big difference. Since then I've talked to them numerous times over the phone and they've been great help answering EVERY single question I've had. Everyone has bad experiences at places but if you claim to know anything about riding, you wouldn't walk out with a bike two sizes to large from the get go. I'm a novice and I know that.
