Started great, till I went to pay. The cashiers aid they could not break 100.00 for the 35.00 expense. That I could see if Starbuck would break it. Instructed her to cancel the wash for my truck. Found to manager who had no recommendation or answer. More of a lack of effort. What a way to run a business. What do you see wrong here. Let's see, how about the manager or worker go across street to break the 100.00 at BB&T. Or get in the office and get change, or do anything positive to take care of customer. Just to think how much more business they would have if they had positive attitudes. Hat off the whom ever owns it. I rate this place, 2 thumbs down.
This place is very average. They do an OK job for just keeping your car at the minimum cleanliness. However the people doing the cleaning definitely don’t pay attention to detail and they do the bare minimum. I would not recommend getting anything more than the full service wash (exterior wash w/ vacuum and wipe down). I’ve tried getting a higher package hoping for better cleaning and I was utterly disappointed. For the basic full service wash the price is fair.
i just got my car washed and i was very happy with the service and the price. its hard working outdoors and i watched a customer who was so rude to the girl working on her car i almost said something. There is no reason to be rude to people, politeness hurt no one. The only flaw to mention would be the age of the equipment, it could do with some improvements and it would pay for its self. Overall i was impressed....
Terrible! Typically I️ clean my car myself but I’ve been super busy over the holidays so I️ stopped in Adams for a full service wash. Before my visit I️ removed all my floor mats and folded up my second row seats so the individual vacuuming had it easy. When I️ got home I️ started to replace the mats and fold down my seats and notice dirt and debris still all over the floor, around my seats like the vacuum was ion reverse. I️ can’t believed I️ tipped those fools! I’m thinking of going back just to film the entire process to show people what not to do when cleaning someones car.

Customer service was A+. I purchased a bumper to bumper detail gift certificate for my mother. I chose this place because of the convient location for her. I live in NY so the transaction was done by phone. She was having problems getting her mail and had not received the gift cert. I called and the gentleman I spoke with offered to hand deliver the gift cert. That is beyond excellent customer service! She had her car detailed today. She called me and was ecstatic on the excellent job that was done. I highly recommend this place!!
