I have been dealing with my heat not working since January of this year. I tried another company that floundered on even assessing what was wrong with my unit and just wanted to sell me a brand spanking new one I didn't need. Glenn's not only came out quickly, they went above and beyond to fix what was wrong. Not once did they try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. He was honest, patient and fair priced! I'm extremely happy with the attention to detail service!!!
