I like the store on Firetower Rd a day I spend $250+ there weekly but I was highly disappointed there tonight. I know it might sound petty but it's the principle of the fact. I have been trying to get a particular brand of paper towels and every time I go in they're out of stock so I get a raincheck. I've had to do this around five times now over the past couple of months and the last raincheck had expired but I thought I would ask if they would honor it anyway. An associate was asked by the cashier and after debating with himself for what seemed forever he reluctantly said yes. Now had he said no I would have respected his decision and purchased them anyway because the raincheck was as I said expired and rules are rules. What disappointed me was his attitude about the matter and how he acted. As I'm explaining the whole always out of stock and always needing a raincheck situation not only did he not even look at me as I spoke to him he was looking off at nothing as if what I was saying didn't mean a damn thing and he acted like it was a bother for me to be speaking to him. He stood there saying "yeah uh huh well I'll do it this time but only because you are only getting one pack" and why he was pretty much blowing off what I was saying he didn't even have the decency to look at me as I spoke or when he was disrespectfully responding. Now I usually don't get bent out of shape over things like that but when I go in there and spend over $250 weekly as a loyal customer I kind of expect to be treated with a little more respect than that seeing as how my money goes to pay your salary TYLER. So I'll say this TYLER, if customer service is an inconvenience for TYLER and hearing someone speak to you about the products in which the store that gets my money that in turn pays your salary TYLER maybe you should find a new line of work because clearly working with the public isn't for you TYLER! Maybe you can try your hand at driving for uber seeing as how you prefer to keep the people who are speaking to you behind you TYLER! The bottom line is the store is great but you suck TYLER!
Love their sales! Just can't beat Buy 2/Get 3 free! Also, they have senior discount on Thursday.

This is an upscale grocery store. They have a large wine selection and a Starbucks at the entrance. Their grocery carts have a holder for a coffee cup. What I appreciate most is their produce. It is well kept. They carry organic and vegan food. The check outs are normally quick but if there is a back up more cashiers show up. Self checkouts are also available. The employees are normally polite.
