No one here will answer the phone. When they do they are incredibly rude, When I finally received a call back I was told to "do the math". I was called and didn't get to the phone in time, when I called back two minutes after, I had to call FOUR times to get them to pick up the phone. The attitudes here are unbelievable. They make you feel inferior and ignorant, I have never been so embarrassed in my life.
It is so hard to get someone to answer the phone at this place & when someone finally does they transfer you to someone's voicemail who will not return your call. They forget everything and you have to hound them for them to do what they are suppose to accurately
They are extremely rude. I feel like they treat you unfairly and judge you on your circumstances. I'm not the type to ask for help but I'm in a desperate situation where I need help. I don't need the attitude or judgement because they don't know my circumstances and any one of them can help up in my situation. You should treat everyone with respect...it's called customer service. If you don't want to help people in need then maybe you should choose another career. This isn't about the office in its entirety however I have encountered three different employees at three different times that were very rude.
They are not here to help you. They just want to do a little of the job to get you out of the building.. Smh..
Absolutely no one here can return a phone call nor answer a call. I know for a fact they are not that busy. Child support workers act as if they are sleeping with your child's father at least one of them did "Moye" I believe was her last name. Do your jobs or I would gladly work your position.
