There's a cool playground, average quality baseball field, small library and arts center. Also has a nice BMX/skate park. It loses two stars because I often feel the need for a police escort due to the surrounding neighborhood.
Skate and BMX areas not usually crowded. Plenty of ramps and obstacles. Could use more upkeep.

Beautiful, awesome 3 story playground with swings and covered picnic area. Open grassy areas next to a library and baseball field. Very clean and safe.
