I wish I can say my experience was great, however, then I would be lying. The realty itself wasn't a problem, but I was unsatisfied with the level of in unprofessionalism of the agent Sarah. We ended up having to break our lease only a couple months into it at a property that was rented out by the owners through Ms. Weir. True our reasons for breaking our lease with the landlords were no fault of the agent mentioned, however during the process of terminating our lease, we were responsible for the cost of the landlords having to hire Ms.Weir to list the property again and advise how to stage the home for viewings, etc. One incident in particular that stands out is when a viewing was offered on very short notice and there was no way my husband, our sick 5 month old and I could quickly vacate the home and leave it in condition for potential renters to view the home. My husband counter offered a different time that would allow us more time to straighten the home and pack up our baby and the baby's essentials. We didn't get a response. Then a little while later my husband receives a text from Ms.Weir that had a very accusatory tone and she wanted to know why were we declining viewings (mind you this was the first only time of many other viewings we'd accepted where we couldn't leave on short notice, plus we didn't decline, we counter offered a later time for the same day). I texted a message back expressing our dislike of her accusing us and she very unprofessionally commented on what she assumed my emotion to be. I let her know how unprofessional her messages were and I couldn't understand why she was behaving in such mannerism. I did a little investigating of my own and sure enough I discovered that she was not only the landlords Realtor, she is a friend of the landlords and there was a conflict of interest. The landlords and us had our difference of opinion on who's responsibility it was for certain repairs in the home and was not seeing eye to eye, I can only assume this is why there was a difference in how we were being handled by this Realtor in the beginning vs how things ended in the end. I only share my experience to spread awareness. Awareness I wish we had prior to conducting business with this agent for this realty company.
