Very quiet and friendly
Current resident. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly people. Clean inside and outside. Maintenance calls respond in record time. My washer broke and I had a new one the next day. Brand new. My a/c was freezing up and he ordered a brand new motor. He never harasses me for rent if I'm late. Jeff is a really good landlord.
Dude charges way too much rent, won't fix anything, trailers look like complete garbage inside and out, cops are out here all the time because of break-ins and people randomly firing off guns, I could go on and on.
