I was VERY disappointed in the service I received at this store!! I will never shop there and friends and family will definately know of my disappointment! My grandson had saved his money to buy some Sanuks he had wanted REALLY bad! We went online and found they were the store that carried them in this area....40 miles from my home. I called and SPECIFICALLY asked for the style, color and size (since it was a ways from home). I was told "Oh yes! I have them right here!" I stated so you do have "the style, size and color" AGAIN....he said YES"!! My grandson (12 years old) was very excited! So we drove the 40 miles there. Got to the store and did not see the shoes..A man approached and I told him I had called and was told they definately had them. He said "Oh I didn't hear you say that particular style but we have the biggest selection this side of 95!!!".
