Came in to hang with my buddy's but no one served me. The usual. Have to asked to be served. Inexcusable. So if a regular gets treated like that what do think a normal customer get treated like. And some people in there wonder why the don't make any money.
Ashley is awesome! Great service and food. She is so sweet and efficient. One of the best Hooters I've been to thanks to her. Really has a good time.
Went there for dinner. Food was fine but the service was terrible. Had a drink before dinner and finished it. Server comes with the food, asks how it looks, and then runs away. Doesnt even notice my empty drink or give me a chance to order one. Finally get her attention to get me another one. Finish that one and sit wait. 3 of the 4 servers are eating at a table (mine too of course). Manager comes by and asks how is everything (completely oblivious to the 3 servers not doing there job). I ask for a drink and the bill. He gets the server but that's it.
This Hooters was terrible! The service was terrible and the waitress was missing most of the time. My husband and I went upon my request. I really wanted Buffalo Shrimp. When the shrimp came out the breading was in the basket and the naked shrimp was showing. The breading was soggy and not even attached to the shrimp. I don't know how to fry anything, but it was my husband's conclusion that the oil was not hot enough. My tater tots were cold. It was a sad day at Hooters. I will not return to this location. Other Hooters are much better.
Horrible service and management. Surprised this place is still in business. In a college town like greenville this should be an easy restaurant to run.
It was okay. The new smoked wings were pretty good and actually better than I thought they were going to be. The service was decent however the Aviance was pretty dead.
