I just purchased a new Mazda CX5 and could not be happier. The sales manager was outstanding, financial manager excellent and all the sales staff helpful, knowledgeable and always professional. I am from NJ and they could learn a lot from how to deal with customers from this dealership. They went out of their way for me. I made contact with other dealers in NC and SC and Brown and Wood gave me the best price, promptly returned my emails and even delivered the car to my home 3 hours away at no extra charge. No other dealer even suggested they would or could do that. Others dealers said they would call me back and did not.The man ( a retired salesman from Brown and Wood) who delivered the car was friendly, knowledgeable and did not leave my home until I was satisfied.
