After this experience I refuse to get any work done at Phelps Chevrolet. You no longer have a customer in the service or sales department.
This was a good car-buying experience. I felt like I was given a great deal, and treated with respect during the whole process.
Excellent and friendly staff and technicians and great service. Fair pricing on the work as well and there was no pressure to have all the extra services completed right then. The service department was totally honest with the work, answered all of my questions, and was very friendly. It was a great experience and I'll definitely be taking my car back for any future work!

Have purchased 7 vehicles from here before. Then you are called to look at a car an they sell it before you get there (only an hour away) and they try to cover it up instead of just telling you the truth. They just lost a true customer!! Will NEVER purchase here again!!!!

When the tech called me back in the morning he apologized, very respectfully, he even stated that he would get the price down to what he stated over the original call due to the misunderstanding. Afterwards i was transferred to the sales department where i was asked to pay $200. I payed the price cause i was done dealing with the issue.
I was told over the phone the cost was $140 for my services. There was a miscommunication and when i went to pick up the car the services were $200.
I do not fault the service department for this, he stated the price for a particular service was $140. This price did not include my oil change and the rest. However he did not mention any charges over the phone just that it would be $140.
