Great service!! These guys went above and beyond to help me get both of my vehicles back. Would totally use them again...but hopefully I won't have to.
Please don't give this place your business! They are the worst! I went to get a quote for how much my car would cost to get fixed and they fixed my car without my authorization! Then bubba had a nasty attitude and was down right rude about them being in the wrong! You have the right to look around for the best place when it comes to fixing your vehicle but this place is definitely NOT IT! They kept my car and caused me not to have transportation for a whole month..mind you I have a full time job so because of their lack of professionalism I had to get a rental at my expense! This place is no good, and the staff is rude and disrespectful! They are all about the money! But they will never get mine again!!!!
Very pleased with the work i had done here. They have very friendly staff, and repairs came in at exactly the estimated price. No suprises. Highly recommend for body work.
These guys are great! At the time of writing this, there is one nasty review for this place, and my thinking is that the customer must've been rude/disrespectful first, because these guys are not rude nor disrespectful. The short version of my story is that my car was in their care for 2.5 months. You're probably wondering why I'd give a 5 star review when it took that long. Well, my car hadn't been out on the market long, and the damage I did to it was pretty high. Having said that, the parts they needed to make it road worthy were on back order, so that wasn't their fault. As a matter of fact, they went far out of their way to take care of me, because my insurance stopped paying for my rental after 30 days and they picked up the rest of the rental bill! That's right, they paid for 1.5 months worth of car rental for me! When I got my car back, the paint job almost looked better than when I bought it (maybe that's because I hadn't seen it in so much time, but in any case, it looked great!) and it runs just as good as the day I bought it. If there is a negative to this place, they did take one week off for the 4th of July but my car was being taken care of by the dealership at that time because they had to replace the airbag and motor mounts anyway, so if anything, the dealership took more time to fix that than Carolina Collision took to repair what they needed to. So, if a holiday is coming up and they tell you the repairs will take a while, you might want to ask them if they'll take a vacation for the upcoming holiday, but in my case, that didn't hurt me. I would definitely do business with these guys again!
