Great work, but expensive! I have been to Bland and Newsome for estimates before, but would not use them because the prices were too expensive. After having my first new car ever, this nice lady hit me causing more than $2000 in damages. I used B and N because I wanted to make my car look new again...and thought it would since they were so expensive. I have never been more excited! You will definitely get what you pay for...I could not find a trace of the accident.....you will not be disappointed....Great work! Wonderful staff!
Bland and Newsome had repaired our lat two cars when they were damaged. We has just bought a new mini van and had less than 5k miles when we were hit. The craftsmanship of there work is the best in Pitt County of not Eastern NC. You can looks like new and you can't even tell that it was in a wreck. Hopefully I will never need their service again but if I do I will be glad to give them my business.
I have a brand new 2017 Camry that was hit in a parking lot w very minor damage. The insurance company sent me to Gerber for the quote. I had planned to take it to another reputable place in Greenville but the gentlemen who gave me the quote said "We like to wow our customers and my way of wowing you is if you promise to bring the car back to me I will repair a scratch on the side door for free." My thoughts were simply this is minor damage, how bad can it be and sure this sounds nice. They guarantee their work for life as long as you have the car. It would take several paragraphs to explain the numerous breakdowns that resulted in them "Not" repairing the scratch because once they got it in the shop it was too deep. Apparently, they weren't aware how bad it was with the quote. A Literal scratch but ok. Follow by after 3 attempts that the car was ready the replaced bumper has a scratch and two places in the crease with a lot of overflow paint and whats worse is the bumper is not aligned up. It's tight in places and too close to the rear panel in other. Horrible. I literally just left and decided to take this issue up with the insurance company. I am so sorry I didn't take my car where I planned. If my car was old I may not have been so concerned but the repair is obvious and will sure effect me selling or trading it later. Not acceptable.
