Be prepared to wait in line for a few minutes, as you know Kohl's always has a sale going on. The staff is helpful as are the checkout personal.
I always find what I'm looking for here. Sales Associates are very friendly and fast. Kohl's sales are pretty good deals. I get tons of coupons and deals via email to use in store and online. Great store to shop for a variety of things.
I have just recently started shopping at Kohls. The store is packed full of just about everything. What I love most about this store is their sales. They have great sales all year round and they are fabulous. Their customer service is located at the back of the store, like the old days and there is one line for customers to check out. Even though some things spark memories, this store is for the old and young.
I really like what Kohl's has to offer, I just don't like the feeling that I am constantly being watched. I like to take my time and browse through the store, when I don't have my children, and get annoyed when I know I am being followed. What the heck? If any one ever approaches me, I'll be cancelling my account and won't be going back.
