I generally get really great service here although the other day, I'd been shopping for a new vacuum. I found one, and realized once I'd gotten to the checkout, I forgot my bank card at home. I asked the clerk if I could leave it while I got my card. Initially she wanted me to take it to CS, but I assured her I was coming rt back, which I did. What pissed me off was that she had someone take it away while I was in line again! And she knew it; I saw her look at me. Well, I went somewhere else for my purchase. This was uncalled for.
