On-line ordered a battery for my car. Quick and easy transaction.
Bought a battery online with a "in store pick up". I saw three employees talking with each other. I was the only person in the store. When the cashier finely asked how I could be helped, she was still looking something else up. I could see my item for pick up on a cart next to her.
Well done as usual! I had a battery and connectors that were extremely corroded and the employee spent over an hour and a half working to loosen all the "frozen" connectors. We both kept apologizing, him for the time it was taking and me for bringing such a difficult battery. I was pleased with the work and pleasantly surprised at the employee's willingness to resolve the issue, no matter the time and effort required!
All in all, I would advise going else where.
NEVER EVER GO HERE. I brought my iPhone 7+ in just to have a screen replaced and when I picked it up both cameras were broken. I was using the cameras all the way up until I handed them my phone to be fixed and everything was working fine they had me sign a document stating they were "working on my phone " nothing about my cameras not working and then I come back and they try to tell me the cameras were broken before I gave them my phone. Completely ridiculous to take advantage of a 20 year old college girl, taking 170$ from me to break my phone. Then telling me "there's no proof we broke it". HORRIBLE customer service; you're better off going ANYWHERE else.
I ordered a battery online to pick up in store only to have to wait 10 minutes for 3 associates to figure out how to refund a $6 core charge. The battery works well so far. More training is definitely needed. Customer service was good overall.
