Ordered mint green roses for a friends grave that were shipped in. Picked up the roses to find out they were yellow not mint green. When I said something to the girl running the place her response was they had no control over that (they could have told me that on the phone). She had offered to spray the roses green on the phone when i initially ordered, but I declined. When I asked her if that was an option today, she said they couldnt do that. There was a special purpose behind the color for my friend who passed. I am not very happy about this.
When I called to have flowers sent to my daughter, a student at ECU, I was pleasantly surprised! The beautiful soul that I spoke to shared stories of her own children and thier stuggles with college. Me being in Charlotte and my daughter away at ECU, it is hard to comfort her......I wanted to cheer her up from afar. Not only was my daughter's spirits lifted, mine were too. Thank you for sharing your stories and delivering some beautiful flowers. No joke it was like within 20 minutes(actually less) and my daughter was crying and thanking us for the flowers. She also said she did speak to the same woman I did and was encouraged by her words. Thank you for your compassion and attention to detail.
