Will never order from them again. Order a few days before delievery date, calls me on the day of delivery saying no one is willing to deliever in that location which there was no indication of this on their website. Called back canceled order and they said they would refund. This was several days ago and no refund. If i dont get my refund tomorrow, this will be taken public and i will get my money. DO NOT BUY! STAY AWAY!
Today Autumn sent a new arrangement to my daughter. It is lovely, very bright and springy. Just what I wanted. Very kind and thoughtful of Jefferson's to make this right.
Edit: Refund was received and it has all been taken care of. I would like to thank Autumn for all her help in getting the refund and checking in to see if I had gotten it yet. If you have any problems, GO TO HER! She is the reason the review is now a 3 star for customer service.

My husband always sends flowers from Jefferson's and they are always beautiful and gorgeous. Everyone in my office was in awe from how large, beautiful, and sweet their arrangement was. Plus, this year they included an adorable bear for our newborn daughter. We are NEVER disappointed!
