We have been taking my elderly father here for the last year. I can't say enough good things about this hospital. We NEVER leave there without a number of personnel asking us "Is there anything else we can help you with"? We have no problem getting Primary Care appointments, eye appts, ear, radiology. The people in the pharmacy are WONDERFUL! Love Dr. Snowman! He really listens to Dad and does not speak to us as caregivers, he directs his comments to Dad. They treat him with so much respect! We stay and grab lunch in their cafe. Had delicious navy bean soup and Dad loved their hotdogs. I appreciated the wonderful coffee bar. My only complaint is that the surgical unit sits empty because congress has not funded it. Our service members have to drive to Raleigh/Durham, hours away, to receive surgical care. This really needs to be addressed. Thank-you for the wonderful care you provide our father!
This is a nice facility and I've found the intake nurses to be very nice and friendly. Although the facility is impacted by case overload at times, the overall atmosphere is calm and collect. My appointments have always been handled within the allotted time slot and I'm on my way.
The facility is new and the service has improved a lot i go there once a month since it has opened i have no complaints
First visit. Surprised and impressed, Nice design, cubicles for just about all old man illnesses, in and out in an hour and a half, Doctor excellent, If all helthcare facilities were set up like this one to serve all, that's what I would like to see.
The majority of the staff are professional and courteous in their duty to serve.
No urgent care available because "this is a clinic and you aren't from here" so we have to go to DURHAM for an emergency? Seriously? And I thought Spokane was bad because we have Urgent Care but no emergncy room.
