Every time I have talked with them about my policy they say that it includes one free tow. Now its like they never said that. They have made me call the 1-800 number whenever I needed assistant. Other insurance companies help their customers. They are only good for taking a payment and that can be done over the phone too, by calling the 1-800 number. What are they even there for? I am moving my insurance where they help you when something happens. Anytime I have had a fender bender or any problem, I have to call the 1-800. They have never been able to help me except to take a darn payment! Years back the DMV could not get a new policy number keyed in. My father and I took the letter from the DMV twice for them to fax in my policy number. Only to have the sheriff come and take my tags for 30 days. I took my information to the DMV and Betty told me she could have taken care of it since Chandler obviously could not!! That's when I should have walked away.
