Excellent group. Have been with Polly PIland the last 13 years and have had homeowner's, multiple automobiles, and a couple of motorcycles, and just recently renter's insurance since downsizing and selling the house (back in school in PhD program). Fortunately never had to use the homeowner's, but did have to file a total loss on a vehicle when a tree fell on it from a storm. Polly and her group stayed in touch with us through all of it, and made the entire process super easy. Have worked with Darla, and Zoe, and both of them are wonderful. Professional, courteous, and very thorough in their explanations of all things insurance related. Polly's group really is a cut above the rest (based on dealing with multiple insurance groups prior to Polly). Polly, Darla, and Zoe, thanks for the level of service you provide. I've been a customer of Polly Piland's office for about 10 years now and I cannot say one bad thing about them! Whether it's adjusting my due date, setting up auto-pay, filing a claim, making changes to my policy, etc.. my experience is quick, easy, and pleasant each time. The customer service is excellent, I'm not treated as a policy #, but as an actual person. I can honestly say that this office is out to provide the best customer service, and insurance at an affordable price, that they can to their population. There are plenty of complicating and stressful things in our lives, I'm glad my insurance isn't one of them :)
Polly has assembled the most powerful staff to administer the best insurance products in the nation. It takes incredibly strong customer service to satisfy me and she's accomplished that.
