I must say that when a man can admit when he is wrong, swallows his pride, apologizes and seems sincere in doing so, is a great indicator of the type of character that man has. I previously had a conversation with Mr. Watch that did not go so well. I had felt unheard and unimportant. And by all accounts I had made my mind up about him from that interaction. However, he took the time to actually read my google review, said listened to my concerns and what I felt were wrongdoings, and very promptly called to apologize for his actions and explained that, as I had presumed, he was having a bad day and did not mean to let that interfere with our business. I can not stress enough how impressed I am by this simple gesture of respect, in that apology I learned all I needed to about that man, and if everything goes well I will be hiring him as my lawyer.
