First and foremost, never try and turn something around on a customer.
She did call me back a few hours later, and when I started asking questions about my situation, she said "I'm not at my computer where I can look at your information, so I don't know." Then she proceeded to tell me that it wasn't her responsibility, and tried to turn the situation around on me.
Second, learn how to do your job, or hopefully they will replace you with someone capable.
The absolute worst people I have ever dealt with. Zero help! Went by the office inquiring about some information regarding an existing matter that I had with them, was told I needed to sign a consent form, and when the lady returned from lunch, she would give me a call.
The lawyer I had MADE do a custody agreement and now my son is in danger of disappearing... Horrible
