Sandwich was okay, tea was fresh, service was fast. No customer WIFI. The employees didn't seem thrilled to be there and greeted customers with the most unenthusiastic "welcome to..." I've heard. It seemed that the AC may not have been working properly which could be part of the reason the employees weren't displaying good attitudes. However they were staying on top of restocking napkins and other items so they are clearly well disciplined employees. --Set the AC to a more comfortable level and I will be back, let's say somewhere below 77!?

Service "sucks" . Order was not complete. Had to go bck several times. In the past, hav eaten at firehouse sub on oleander drive n wilmington, nc several times and loved it. Workers were courteous and efficient. I assumed all Firehouse Subs were the same. I ate at the one on arlington blvd n greenville twice and both were bad
