Food was decent, but waited over an hour for it when the restaraunt was empty. Apparently our order was lost and no one realized it for half an hour before anyone noticed. Wasn't given any apology or comped for the wait.
B-dubz is my girlfriend's and I favorite spot. Featuring the best wings with great sauces, a variety of other fried dishes, different sports channels on a vast amount of flat screen televisions, and an exciting atmoshpere. Attracts a good bit of sports lovers. We've had issues a few times, but we always get them corrected by the management team. Their waiters and waitresses are always kind. Check this location out for a great time and don't forget about their nice drink menu too!!!
I go there every week, love the new Tuesday buy one, get one free set of wings! I also love that even though I go there all the time, the staff always talks to me like I'm their friend and do a great job at building strong relationship. I love it and will continue to keep going!
They need to run me my money and Eric I will be marking a call because your waitresses Kathryn H need to learn how To fix her attitude I did not enjoy my visit if I vist this location. And get the same result there will be a problem
After arriving a little late for a appointment, the waitress was slow getting to us and did not listen too well when it came to placing our order nor returning the food. This is the first time that this have happened over many years. Also, the bartender was not as good as the others. Why? The strawberry/blueberry Santeria Margarita everything about it was very off. I normally order two but this night one was too many. Lastly, my husband's Tom Collins was off and he had to ask for his cherry on top, go figure!
