Nice place to eat when you are at campus, but not so conveinet if you are only passing by. The service (and poriton of food) is somehow not very stable.
Located in the east Carolina university cafeteria. Took a while to figure that out. You don't have to be a student to get food from here though. Not as good as traditional panda express locations. Luckily you can see what you're getting though.
