The driver Michael was beyond friendly and very polite. He was a very safe driver. His van was very clean.His response time from the time I called until he arrived was super fast. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and I definitely know who to call if I ever need a ride.
I just had the best cab service I have ever had. I just had surgery and needed to go for post-op check up. Mike came to my door, helped me in his cab, took me into the Dr office. Came back to pick me up, came in and got me, helped me into the cab and got me back into my house. God sent me this Angel today and I am forever grateful. This is the ONLY cab I will ever use! The owner Mike who is also the driver was very rude and unprofessional. The respond and pick up time is A+. His rates are higher than other companies which really isn't the issuse. Mike's attitude and poor customer service is why I WILL NOT be using this company again. I have had another cab service not show up however, K&M was my WORST CAB EXPERIENCE EVER and it's all because of the owner/driver Mike's unprofessionalism and nasty attitude.
