I got my Guinea Pig from Petco. Very nice staff. Never seen any other let store treat the animals like their own.
We recently bought a goldfish from here after our last one had died. We got the water tested because fish didn't last more than a month. They told us what we needed to do to fix it. Unfortunately less than 12 hours later our new goldfish (Marvin) was not doing so well. Took Marvin back the next day and got the water tested. Water was heavy with ammonia. I asked if we could keep Marvin there to see if he got any better because we didn't want him to die and they allowed us to keep him there, and offered tips as to how to keep the tank water pure. The guy assisting me with this was Alex. He placed him in an isolated tank and said he'd make sure he wasn't sold. He said we should do a return in case he didn't make it. I went up front to process the return and was able to do so with little complication. Breda and Alyssa (if I remember correctly) were the ones to help me. The people here truly care and are willing to do what they can to help you.
Great inventory, very helpful! It seems very clean and organized. The employees act like they care. And no the grooming at Pet smart was not $35, it was $56 for my little babe (little!). Plus Pitt Friends is there most Saturdays. They care and have great dedication and compassion for their babes. They aren't out for the almighty dollar. They screen who they adopt their animals too. Petco honors price comparison and always has what I need!
I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here. Great deals and discounts with membership rewards and the friendliest workers I've met in a long time. 5 STARS!
The employees are very nice, especially Taylor. He has a lot of knowledge about products. He's extremely helpful and everything he has recommended has been amazing. Unfortunately, The manager is rude or I would give five stars. Very clean in comparison to petsmart.
