The entire team is excellent. I have been working with them for over 6 months on various projects. Their turn around time is superb and the work and signage was outstanding. They even hustled and delivered a large order right before the holidays!
Excellent experience. Had multiple signs made for our wedding. They were beautiful and ready early. We had such a positive experience that my husband decided to use them to get signs for his business. Budget friendly with good customer service.

Id give "zero" stars but I cant on this review system. I did a request on their "request for quote" page, on their website. I got a phone call back that afternoon, about some specifics, and then nothing for almost two weeks. I sent in three emails, and 2 phone calls about getting a quote and still nothing.. Finally at the 2 week mark from the original request I got a call back from some lady who works their. She told me "we have been understaffed, and the manager was out sick"!.. Seriously so no one can pick up a phone or send a simple email?? I got nothing. No professionalism.
Signs Now of Greenville was recommended to me by a friend. I had Signs Now make 3 big monogram cut outs for my daughters to hang above their beds. They turned out great and are the focal point in their room. The turn around time was quick and the service was outstanding. I would definitely use Signs Now again.
I'm glad I did a second backup request with another company, because otherwise, I would have been left out in the cold, and missed a deadline that these people didn't seem to care about. I will never do business with Signs Now again!!
