Do not use. Reservation made weeks ago and called to confirm 1 week ago for van for family trip. Arrives to find out they do NOT have the car and never had any intention of getting the car. NOT helpful in any way and do not care about about any inconvience they cause. Will not rent from AVIS again.
The blonde girl at the counter at this location is the rudest, most unpleasant person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their customer service isn't much better. This was my first time using Avis and I will definitely pay the few extra dollars and stick with Enterprise from now on.
Always rent from Avis first and last time from this location. My credit card statement showing double the charges. What difference does it make if you donot provide receipt for gas as long as gas is put back . These people are crooks.
