Had the worst customer experience I have ever experienced!!!! At the Greenville NC airport site, there is an agent by the name of Taylor, that is the rudest most negative person I have encountered in a customer service atmosphere. Was just modifying my rental agreement, gave all the proper insurance documents required, and she acted like I was unconvincing her because I needed her to do her "job"!!!! If I were her manager, I would fire her!!!! Then was rude to my wife when she asked her for her name to report her terrible customer service!!!! And she said she didn't care if we reported her. Well now we have!!!! My company use to use budget for many travel needs...but think we will switch to a company that respects customers!!!!
Rented.a.car yesterday.and when I arrived there today the office is closed. Plese note...I was not advised of their early closing.and.while.there, several others showed up to collect a car for which they had reservations and no mention of closing hours!!
Just stay away from Budget... they will rent you a vehicle at an INCREDIBLE price but you will never get it.!!! Its definately OFF of my options for a car when I travel....

I called the Budget number and Javier was ANYTHING but helpful. He merely said, "office is closed and there is nothing that can be done". Seems like you just cant depend on Budget for a.car!!
Made my reservation for 12 PM today Friday , 13th of October. Prepaid online, went at 5:45 PM same day. Gave my reserved car to someone else! Not to mentioned the inconsiderate woman sitting behind the counter on her cell phone! She looked up said they gave the car away because I was late, and went right back to speaking on her phone. I spoke to Budget Customer Service (Corporate) they said they are supposed to hold for 15 Hours. Lady at the airport told me to check with Enterprise, Enterprise will get all my business from now on. I hope this woman loses her job, for the sake of Budget. Giving my reservation away because I was late is one thing, but horrible customer service is another.
Wish I could give the place 0 stars. Reserved a car a week in advance, when I arrived at the desk the employees simply said they had no cars. There was absolutely no attempt to help resolve my issues, just a blank stare on the employees faces as if they were wondering why I would be upset that I could not pick up the car that I reserved, a week prior, at this location. This not only infuriated me that the employees were incompetent and uterly useless, but that all they would say was "I can't give you a car I don't have", we'll no s**t genius. You could have explained what the purpose is for reservations if they don't matter apparently, or try to help me locate a car with a competitor. Hell, any customer service at all, or explanation of how this could happen would have sufficed enough to make me consider using budget as a rental again, but the lack of effort and general i don't give a f*** attitude by these employees will forever prevent me from even contemplating renting from this company again.
