I rented a Jeep Compass for a weekend trip. The young lady who helped me was quick and pleasant even though she was having to work the store by herself on a Friday evening. She made sure I didn't want a different rental since the Jeep was almost out of gas. She was quick to finalize everything so I could get on the road. I was in and out in no time and the drop off box when returning the vehicle was very convenient.
Mr. Dixon was most helpful from pick up to drop off. He was very courteous and made sure I was completely satisfied with my rental. Excellent customer service!!!! He should be named Hertz employee of the month for"Outstanding Customer Service". I highly recommend this location for any rental need.
