I am so disappointed after speaking to a lady name Pat. She is the one that is involved with insurance referrals and I had a couple of questions just to make sure I was getting the correct info to get a referral from my primary care doctor. I guess after asking her several questions she became frustrated with me because I was just making sure I was getting a clear understanding as to what I needed to do to get an appointment in that office. At the end of the call I knew not to ask her anything else and before I could tell her thank you and have a nice day she just hung the phone up in my ear. I didn't think she remained professional at all once I kept asking her questions. Sometimes people get these positions and forget how to treat others and I was never rude to her even though I sensed her getting agitated with me. I'm not sure if I even want to receive care from that facility.
