This office displayed very poor communication skills. My experience has been that they will not call you back. When a patient is sick and relying on the practice to let you when you will have your treatment, and your Dr's office says that they will let you know something in 24-48 hrs, that is important to you.
We never heard from them and would always have to call them back days after we were told we would be contacted.
There are other GI's in Greenville that act in a much more professional manner and do exactly as they say so choose wisely.
