I have been going here for over three years, and I enjoyed working out here. While the gym is small, it does have a good amount of workout equipment. The classes are fulfilling and there's something for every fitness level. I like the fact that it's not well known, so it reduces crowding. The staff is very friendly and are a pleasure to talk to. If you want a smaller gym with not many hoops to jump through, this is the gym for you.
This gym provides everything you could need, offers classes, and is open 24/7. Since joining this gym back in December, I’ve lost over 70lbs. The people and the environment are great. I highly recommend this gym!
This facility apparently doesn't understand life happens. My husband paid $200 for a year membership. Due to his job he has had to relocate. Michael the owner, refuses to refund any of my $. There's exceptions to ALL rules. So we paid $ 200 for a 3 month membership. I could not be more disappointed in a business than I am with this one. I did not mention I also bought this $200 membership & was not asking for a refund for myself. I guess some people are all about the $ and have no concern for people and their circumstances! When this year is up I'm beyond done with Intone!!
If you're looking for a great place to work out, go to InTone Fitness. Small but with lots of equipment, classes and fun. Staff and patrons are all so friendly and helpful. I have made great friends, love working out and have lost weight as well. Firming up. Tanning. Great place for working out! Highly recommend InTone Fitness!
Owner gives you the run around when you try to cancel. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for more than a month now and since I work 6AM-7PM, I am unable to call at a "convenient" enough time for him to cancel my subscription since he leaves the building around 4PM. The other workers in the gym apparently aren't allowed to cancel gym memberships without speaking to the owner directly. I called to cancel my subscription and the lady at the front desk rudely told me she wouldn't take my email down (for the owner to email me the cancellation form) and proceeded to tell me that "I don't handle these issues, talk with the owner" and hung up before I could get another word out. Very unprofessional, rude, and inappropriate. The owner makes it specifically hard to cancel a membership because he doesn't want to lose money. I have moved out of North Carolina and I tried explaining that but they continued to give me the run around for a month and now I got charged another month's membership when I don't even live in the state anymore. Completely unnecessary. Please take your business elsewhere because you will regret ever doing business with this gym. There are also a few reviews of other people having similar experiences at this gym. I will be taking legal action if they do not cancel my subscription.
