Friendly staff, clean facility and all kinds of equipment and classes. There is a therapy pool in addition to the main pool, plus a whirlpool & sauna. The pools are salt water, easy on hair & skin. If any type of equipment or class is missing I haven't discovered it yet.

A lot of new equipment and personalized training make this a great place to exercise. You can find anything you need, classes, a pool, sauna, and even a kids care area.
