I loved it here, more than friendly employees, no issues here.
She even asked if I was going to the concert in Charlotte. Every other time i have gone here, the service is 100% magnificent. I just really wish they still had CD's.
me n my cousin came in we had good service n good experience my cousin bought a few shirts one of them they didn't have he's size the guy talked him into getting it cause that has happened to him and gotten a bigger size it fit well.. He took it home didn't like how they fit he accidentally took the tags off of all shirts.. We came back to exchanged it .. Still folded the same way he bought.. The girl that was working was willing to change my shirt but not my cousins shirt cause she assume he had washed it after we honestly told her we didn't she said if she thinks he washed it she can't exchanged it .. so it stay at that a day or two we went to Raleigh they were more than gladly with no hesitation to exchange it for us ... So there for I think she was been mean and rude for assuming such thing !!! Won't be going back there
The service is absolutely amazing. The employees are super nice.
I meet some of the most amazing workers here, just went yesterday and this worker was so incredibly friendly and talked with me about rupauls drag race for a few minutes and she showed me some gems in the store I hadn't seen before, amazing service and atmosphere.
I finally convinced meh parents to drive me to here, I'm glad they did so, cause the service was PERFECTION.
Expect to find more than just band t-shirts here now, with the most current pop culture items available. The store completely lacks any music to purchase in store, which is kind of unfortunate, since this was one of the only places to find new alternative rock CDs.
