Experience 01 - Was ducked down looking for underwear when a sales associate slams a drawer next to my face
Refuse to go to this VS in this mall due to rude staff. Not every staff is bad but one or two and bad experience is enough to keep me out.

Experience 02 - Asked an sale associate to find me a different size bra in the back storage. I kept on waiting because she forgot about me. She saw me, confronted me, and didn't even apologize.
This was actually my second visit there. My first visit was for my wife's birthday and my second was just before Mother's day. It is said that first impressions are lasting impressions. As a guy shopping alone during both visits, I felt shy and nervous but all the ladies at the store were very nice and very helpful. Kennedy and the rest of the staff was very helpful. Thank you ladies!
