Been to playtos to sell Buy never have had a bad experience friendly staff good clothes to choose from would recommend selling and buying from there !!!
Great place to buy clothes but not to sell you hardly get $1 for most items
The worst part is I turned around and took the same clothing to the Plato's Closet in Cary NC and left with $147. The staff at the Greenville location is rude and stuck up. *1Star* is not low enough!
My daughter frequents this establishment a lot but MOST of the staff seem to be there to add to their wardrobe instead of helping the customers. There are a couple of girls who are very pleasant. Once you go in you will know who they are.
I hope the store manager does not leave me one of those weak generic apologies reiterating their policies and saying she will forward the issue. That's more a joke then their staff.
Pick a different location to get what you need!
Terrible staff at Greenville location. Been buying and selling from Plato's for years and always had a good experience. First time at this location and it was horrible. I drove too far for nothing. 4 bins of clean folded name brand clothing (all small sizes) and they only wanted one item for two dollars!
I brought cloths to sell, they texted saying the sale has been completed and to head back to the store. They told me they wouldn't buy anything because of stains, wear, or off brand, half of the clothes were new, aka no stains OR wear, and I checked the website and only brought name brands it recommended, further more, when I got home and went through my stuff I realized they stole 4 items out of my bin and didn't pay me for them, low and behold it was the 4 most expensive items in the lot. I will be reporting to corporate, as if it'd do anything, but I recommend you take individual pics of ur items before you go in, if you catch them stealing that's money$$$ right?
