Got a mattress from larry about 3 years ago, good experience and everything was set up fine. Went back in a few days ago to see if I could get a new mattress and sectional. As soon as he realized I wasn't going to purchase that day, he blew us off and went into his office. Very rude, and unprofessional.
poor customer service, delivered half my sectional a day after they said they'd be here with the full thing and no call to tell us about the delay. Took us another 4 days to receive the rest. Was barely offered an appology. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
Would not recommend going to this store to ANYONE! Went in about two weeks ago and bought a dining room table and a couch, was told that it would be here by Tuesday, everything did not arrive until three days later. Each day we called to check when it was coming and there were excuses such as "oh it'll be there tomorrow", or "oh well one of my delivery guys delivered it to the wrong apartment". This was the least of our worries. The couch that Larry brought to our house was not even the one we ordered!! We ordered a black leather couch and ended up with some random black couch made out of fabric. Also, the two men who he has delivering this couch were some of the rudest young men I have ever encountered. Didn't say one word to us, and basically acted like we weren't even there. After dealing with the couch situation, and just saying forget it we'd rather not deal with this man anymore, we then were delivered a dining room table and they didn't even put it together for us. They dropped it off and Larry tried to say he'd give us fifty bucks if we put it together ourselves. How unprofessional. Lastly, to top of this horrible experience, we were trying to put this dining room table together, and guess what! NO BOLTS OR SCREWS TO PUT IT TOGETHER WITH!!!
Save your time and energy..and money..and don't even walk in there!
Terrible owner and staff. As soon as we walked in the door, the owner dismissed us and focused on his worker filling a truck. The owner did not help and was extremely rude. If you do not have $10000 to spend on furniture, you will not receive quality customer service. Will never step back in that store or support this small business ever again.
Larry & his team were great ! I ordered my Queen white sleigh bed , dresser w/ mirror PLUS nightstand , pillowtop mattress about 10 days ago & got it delivered this morning 6/18/17 with no problems. Yes he told me it would come sooner but he kept me up to date with everything.. thanks again larry !!!!
Morale of the story: Larry who owns this business is a crook, and he has terrible customer service.
