I left a message on their website trying to see if there was anyway we could resolve this since we really liked the set. Someone emailed me back immediately and let me know that the regional manager should contact me in the next day or two. After two days I called the office he was scheduled to be in and was told he had left for the day, but they would let him know I called. It's now been a week since I reached out to them and we still have not heard anything.

Disappointed. We've previously had good experiences at this store. The staff is friendly, informative and not pushy. However, we attempted to purchase a dining room set over 3 months ago and never received it. We had to call every few weeks to see if there were any updates. My wife went back to the store to find out what was going on and it was discovered our order was never completed. This was after we had already paid in full and checked with the store at least five times. She was understandably frustrated and asked for a refund.
