I had a great experience here. The staff was great. The lady that helped me was Deb I believe. She was knowledgeable and hat great suggestions. Even though I wasn't going to spend much money if any, she stayed with me and helped when she could have helped someone else. I would recommend everyone to stop in and look around. I'll be going back.

The staff is very friendly and helpful at Bailey's and the jeweler, Garret, was fantastic. I came in wanting a Tennessee Pearl ring, a type of pearl that the staff hadn't yet heard of. Garrett wasted no time to find a dealer that dealt specifically with them and obtained several different ones from which to choose from. He then directly with me to design the perfect ring that not only looks better than expected, it is very well made and secures the pearl firmly. I have nothing negative to say about Garret or the rest of the staff and will not only do business with them in the future, I recommend others to do so as well.
My first time buying from there. Definitely the nicest jewelry store I have ever been in. The staff is so polite and helpful. My salesman, John, helped me and explained everything to me when I was picking out and buying an engagement ring. Everyone is super polite and extremely nice. My (now) husband and I have used Bailey's in Greenville multiple times for purchasing jewelry and gifts, they are all so great to work with. I must say, this last experience was absolutely amazing. Anna helped us to purchase gifts for our parents for our wedding day. She went above and beyond helping me to pick out beautiful frames and platters to have engraved, ensured they looked perfect, and sent them to Raleigh to be engraved all in the matter of a couple of days. She was so helpful in making sure our gifts were absolutely perfect and something our families will treasure for years to come. I cannot express how grateful we are to Anna and the whole team at Bailey's. They are always a joy to work with!
