I am so thrilled with my experience at Robinson's! I got a custom made ring from an Etsy seller and made the mistake of (attempting to) measure my ring size myself. Of course the ring comes in and it's 3 sizes too big and I panicked thinking no one would be able to resize it. I went to a friend of my father's to see if it could be done and he said that the only place he knew that could do it would be Robinson's. I went in and everyone treated me so kindly, helped me to find the correct ring size, and even put a no-charge rush on my resizing so that my engagement pictures wouldn't have to be rescheduled. Then when I got the ring, you couldn't even tell anything had been done to it. They did a beautiful job and I am so happy. (I especially thought it was great that no one made me feel bad for having not gotten the ring from them)
Had some custom work done here and they were great to work with. Justin was great about ordering the blue lab grown diamonds I wanted without getting snooty about not buying a 'natural' diamond. Since then we've been back for all my wife's jewelry.
Everyone at Robinson's was so friendly and helpful! My fiancé and I went to order my band only 2.5 weeks before our wedding and the band arrived within a couple of days. I wanted something simple and beautiful and unlike many stores do, we were not pushed to buy a more expensive ring. Instead we were told "that will look really sweet and pretty with your engagement ring!" We will definitely be going back to Robinson's in the future and appreciate their great service!
Justin is the absolute best, he fixed my ring that had sooooo many problems (don’t worry, bought it at a different store) and now it’s perfect & I am even more obsessed with it. It only took about a week to get it back too, when I was expecting a lot longer. 10/10 would recommend~
The people are friendly and are willing to help you any way they can. Prices are good and I enjoy helping a locally owned business.
