I was ready to make my purchase and I stood there waiting for someone to check me out. There were two guys standing there doing nothing but chatting and when I said excuse me 5 times, one of the guys looked at me said "He'll be there in a minute" with an attitude and the other guy didn't even turn around. Then went right back to talking. I know the mall is dead, you already have a one star rating, and you don't care about anything. But if you're not even trying to sell your merchandise you should just close shop.
Horrible customer service, they're jewelry is cheap and unauthentic. Employees try to rig the system by typing in incorrect name and phone number so you can't exchange, nor return items in efforts to keep their commission. Never shopping there again.
