THREE TIMES they have mistakenly locked me out of my 2 storage units that I have with them. Imagine loading up your car to put away all of your Christmas decorations, and being locked out of your unit that you pay good money for.
Don't use these people. Find a different storage facility. There are dozens in the Greenville area, and they all charge about the same price.
These people have a really hard time keeping their billing organized, and communicating with you if they have any questions.
