Horrible customer service. They double charged me on three different occasions and when I called to attempt to resolve the issue, they argued with me, didn't allow me to explain and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I will never use them again, their prices are outrageous!
PODS was a life saver for me. I had been planning to move for months but suddenly I found myself within a week's time moving my 90 year old Aunt three days before I moved and then having to clean out her townhouse and put it up for sale before I could even begin thinking about unloading my stuff. PODS is so easy to contact. Service is great. The POD was brought to my old house where I loaded it, then moved to my new house and put in the driveway where I unloaded it 9 months later. It housed everything I didn't need right away like my bed but it was a very inexpensive payment each month and when I finally emptied it, I called and it was picked up the next day. I sincerely don't know what I would have done without it. I would recommend your service to anyone and I have many times since then.
