Done! They were supposed to have someone call me back because my cat is out of a very important medicine. Sat by my phone for two hours before I called back and guess what: the clinic is closed for the next 3 days! No call back. My cat's health will now suffer. He could even die without this medicine. Will NEVER go to this shoddy clinic again. Be warned.
Dr. April Wyatt has been our vet for years. She is kind, caring and compassionate beyond expectations. I cannot say enough great things about her and the care she has provided our cats over the years while at 10th Street and this location. Her focus is on the well being and healing of the family member not the money. So anyone who has anything negative to say about this place, needs to give it a second chance. I highly recommend Dr. Wyatt.

Update: clinic owner happened to hear my VM after being forgotten about and called to apologize: but it was after I spent the whole day taking my cat to the emergency vet where I had to subject him to blood tests that damaged one of his major veins, driving 3 towns away to pick up a still temporary prescription, and spending $200 all because this clinic staff couldn't appropriately handle a phone message. There must be clinics with better trained staff in this town. I hope to find one
This place has and always will be the only Vet for my Dogs. Always so nice and they were wonderful when I lost my oldest dog.
The only place that would take my cat and give her an ear cleaning! Appointment was at 4:30 but didn't get in there until 5:00 because it was busy. Two lovely ladies, Kiya and Sophie, took very good care of my furbaby. They did a fantastic job cleaning her ears and even trimmed her nails! I am very happy!
